On February 1 of each year, employers who are required to keep OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Logs must compile the information on the OSHA Form 300A or an equivalent and post it in a conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted.

- This form must be posted from February 1 through April 30 of each year.

- Employers with under 10 employees or in certain low-hazard industries are exempt

ONLINE OSHA 10-HOUR MARITIME #7615: SHIPYARD EMPLOYMENT


Introductory 10-Hour shipyard course designed for workers involved in ship repairing, shipbuilding and shipbreaking, emphasizing hazard identification and analysis specific to shipyards. Required by NAVSEA 009-74: 3.21 Repair and maintenance employees working aboard vessels, dry docks and piers shall have a valid 10 hour OSHA Maritime Shipyard Employment Course #7615...within 60 days of employment. As of 2019, OSHA 10-Hour Maritime cards do not expire.
